Sarah Silva
President of Trillium Senior Consultants
Sarah Silva brings more than 20 years of senior living experience spanning community operations, executive leadership, memory care, acquisitions, development, stabilization, and quality improvement. Beginning her career as a caregiver, she ultimately served as Division President overseeing 26 communities across six states.
Sarah currently serves as Board Chair of the National Center for Assisted Living and has been recognized with the NCAL Jan Thayer Pioneer Award and Oregon Health Care Association Special Service Award. As President of Trillium, she helps owners, operators, and senior living leaders understand complex challenges, establish clear priorities, and turn strategy into practical, sustainable improvement. Her approach is candid, collaborative, and grounded in the realities of senior living operations—always balancing organizational performance with the experience of residents, families, and team members.”
